I am available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to my sellers. You will always get me personally on the other end of the line! Here is the selling process:
STEP 1: Professional Appraisal
An opinion of value or market evaluation is the first step in the process of listing your home. I visit your home (takes about 20 minutes), and will bring you a report within a few days showing comparable sales in your area, and giving you the price I believe your property is worth.
STEP 2: Expert Staging
Properties need to sparkle when they are for sale! Ill give you suggestions on any repairs, refreshing or staging that should be done. I do have an excellent stager that I work with as well if that is something a seller needs.
STEP 3: Picture
Perfect Listing
I have an amazing photographer who provides a virtual tour of your home including interior, exterior and sometimes drone photography if its feasible. He makes your property come to life! The tour is available for anyone to see on myvisuallistings.com
STEP 4: Exposure!
Once listed, I believe in tons and tons of exposure. The internet is so very accessible to most everyone. Your home is listed on Realtor.ca, which is the main site. But it fans out to many other sites including remax.ca homefinder.ca, point2homes.com, Kijiji.ca, zolo.ca and many others. I rotate all my listings on Facebook and social media, as well as put them on my own website: denisepostma.ca. But I believe in old school print media as well. Your property will be advertised in our local paper - The Grand River Sachem, every week until its sold. I also advertise in the Hamilton Spectator homes section, the Burlington Post and the Buyers Guide. Im always open to any other publication my sellers think will help move their property. I will do open houses if requested, provide signage and lock boxes as well.
